FAQ

Common questions

Yes. We verify that any RAM or GPU you purchase is compatible with your system before installation. This includes checking motherboard slots, power supply wattage, physical dimensions, and BIOS requirements. If something doesn't match, we'll let you know before we install anything.
No. We install parts you purchase yourself. If you'd like recommendations on what to buy for your system, we can point you toward resources — just ask during booking.
We check power supply capacity during compatibility verification. If your existing PSU can't handle the card, we'll flag it and give you options. We don't recommend or install upgrades that will strain your system.
Laptop RAM is usually doable. GPU upgrades on laptops are generally not possible since most have soldered or proprietary graphics. We assess each laptop individually — just reach out with your model and we'll tell you what's feasible.
Most installations are completed same day once we have the parts in hand. After compatibility is confirmed, the physical install plus driver setup and stress testing typically takes 4–8 hours. You'll get a time estimate when we confirm your booking.
