You supply the destination — either an external drive (USB or similar) or a cloud account you own (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.). We handle everything else: software setup, configuration, and testing.
Most backup setups are completed same day — typically within 4–8 hours of pickup. We'll give you a confirmed window when we confirm your booking.
